The Postpartum Class is a small group class for new moms.
Suitable from 6 Weeks Postpartum ( if you want to start earlier, please contact me to discuss).
We focus on Diaphragmatic Breathing, Core Rehab, healing Diastasis Recti, as well as Body Conditioning, Rebuilding Strength and Stamina.
This program is all about an hour of Self-Care for new moms, building a community of happy, healthy and strong women and mothers.
*Babies who are immobile are welcome to come along.
