3 Classes/Week Postpartum


The Postpartum Class is a small group class for new moms.

Suitable from 6-Weeks Postpartum ( if you want to start earlier, please contact me to discuss).

We focus on Diaphragmatic Breathing, Core Rehab, healing Diastasis Recti, as well as Body  Conditioning, Rebuilding Strength and Stamina.

This program is all about an hour of Self-Care for new moms, building a community of happy, healthy and strong women and mothers.

*Babies who are immobile are welcome to come along.

***Please Note: The 12-Session Bundle is valid for 4-weeks from date of first class. Ideal for 3 sessions per week for a month. You can carry over 2 sessions if you miss a class for whatever reason.
